Hatching Conditions
- Temperature: 27–28°C
- Salinity: 20–30
- Illumination: >2000 lux
- Density of Cysts: 6 g/L
- Add Enhance Powder when hatching begins
After Hatching
- Keep hatching conditions for 24 hours
- Stop blowing to still water; discharge unhatched cysts from bottom outlet
- Collect nauplii with 150-mesh filter net
